Harking back to a childhood spent in the sunshine, surrounded by olive groves, Pietro – our namesake and Chef Patron – takes inspiration from the meals he enjoyed with family, in his hometown of Villalba.
No stranger to a Michelin star, having worked with Giorgio Locatelli during his career, Pietro has passed this experience on to his talented team, so that together they can breathe life into unique dishes that effortlessly pair Pietro’s nostalgic love of traditional Sicilian fayre with contemporary, innovative, gourmet plates.
